So tell me, have you ever made a New Year’s resolution? I don’t blame you if you didn’t. Studies show only 45% of people make plans for a better year. Most likely the top 5 is to lose weight, get organized,spend less and save more, stay fit and healthy. Then there’s 38% of people who absolutely never make New Year’s plans. If you wanted to crunch numbers you might be surprised to find out that only 8% are successful in keeping their resolutions. 73% of people that have plans hold them for up to two weeks, but flash forward a month and the numbers drop down to 46%. It seems older people maintain their goals more so than younger people.
